Jen has held HR leadership roles across multiple sectors and varied operating environments. In her prior roles, Jen played an instrumental part in driving growth, developing human capital strategies, successfully integrating companies’ post-acquisition, leading change management and providing invaluable counsel to executive teams. Jen’s track record of building people programs that drive business performance have led to improvements in profitability, increased engagement and retention. Jen’s dedication to helping people succeed extends beyond her occupation. She actively contributes to her community by serving on a non-profit board and as a strategic advisory member for her children’s public school. Jen resides with her family in Cincinnati, OH.
