Heather Adinolfi

Heather brings over 15 years experience across the pharmaceutical pipeline in life science and strategic consulting, blending her expertise in business analysis, critical thinking and drug discovery processes to ensure a deep understanding of client challenges and to drive innovation at the intersection of science, process, and technology.

Heather leads the Clinical and Regulatory Services team at Astrix, providing leadership and direction across Consultant teams with a primary focus on enabling actionable, cross-functional strategies and implementation support through program and organizational change management, business process definition, data management, and technical implementation activities.

Prior to joining Astrix, Heather served as a Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Yale School of Medicine, where she honed her skills in molecular biology, genomics, and informatics.
