Phil Poletti

Phil Poletti leads the Northeast region for the Staff Augmentation business unit with close to 20 years of experience providing scientific staffing and consulting solutions within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Consumer Products, and Specialty Chemical industries.  Prior to joining Astrix, Phil oversaw and guided a national staffing firm’s scientific division to regional and national prominence, through his excellent customer acquisition and customer support skills.  Phil’s client-centric workforce solutions have ranged from individual consulting engagements to functional and departmental outsourcing for customers of various sizes, from startup to Fortune 100. His goal is to have his region’s clients view Astrix as their most-trusted partner and as an extension of their team.

With a background in computer information systems, Phil brings an analytical mindset to the way he approaches individual client needs.  He enjoys taking a collaborative approach with the region’s customers and his internal team to ensure each client’s project needs are met on-time and within budget.
