Kim Tran

Kim Tran graduated from CSULB with a BS in Biological Sciences and she currently leads a team of Scientific Recruiters & Business Development Managers in the West region, which covers all states that are located west of the Rocky Mountains. She comes with 9 years of Scientific & Technical staffing experience and is passionate about developing strategies to assist start-up to large-sized Life Sciences organizations scale quickly & seamlessly. In addition, she finds gratification in helping candidates with their career search & advisement on how to further develop their careers once they’ve landed a new role. Industries that she’s served in the past include, but are not limited to: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food & Beverage, Personal Care/Cosmetics, Medical Device, Nutraceutical, and more.

Area of expertise includes but not limited to: Creating delivery strategies to support staff augmentation needs, customizing solutions to solve our partners’ staffing challenges, bringing insight & value to MSP partnerships, and cultivating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
