Baher Rizkalla

With over 20 years’ experience in scientific and technical staffing, consulting, and workforce solutions, Baher Rizkalla leads the national operations for Astrix Staff Augmentation business unit.  Prior to Astrix, Baher oversaw the national and regional operations of several multi-billion dollar life science and technology service firms, with a special focus on west coast Biotech and Pharma.  Baher specialized in contingent workforce projects ranging from a singular SME to entire departments and functional areas with over 50 employees and people leaders.  Throughout his career, Baher has demonstrated excellent customer services and project delivery skills while working across multiple industries including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostics, CRO/CMO.CDMO, CPG, Energy, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage and Material Science.

With a background in analytical chemistry and prior pharmaceutical bench experience, Baher brings extensive domain knowledge within R&D, Quality, Technical Manufacturing (MS&T), Regulatory, Clinical and Project Management.  Baher has a strong passion for science leadership and has a demonstrated ability to complex projects to achievement of important milestones.
