As a team member of the Training Department, this roles responsibilities will include: Manage training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) Process Curricula Development forms Process Job Training Requirement forms Process extension and leave requests Trouble shoot and respond to user issues with in depth and solution based corrections Collaborate and assist Production Training Coordinators Generating on-demand reports from various data sources (LMS, Excel Pivot Tables) Compiling Training Metrics for weekly / monthly / On Demand reports as needed or requested Planning Training events, managing rosters, and setting up training sessions Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions Instructing GxP Training sessions to associates on topics that vary in levels of complexity Working with SMEs to develop and/r update training materials Facilitate onboarding sessions to acclimate new hires to the business
