Technical Support Specialist Onsite: Glenville, NY or Campbell, NY Hours: Monday- Friday/ 8 am- 5 pm Pay: 100K
Our client is looking for a proactive, energetic, and professional self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well across departments. This position will also necessitate a high level of discretion in all tasks as well as some travel between sites as needed.
Analyzing and resolving problems with company PCs, phones, multi-function printers, mobile devices, wireless devices, and PC accessories.
Inventory PC management, PC setup, upgrades, and installing new software in Active Directory Environments.
Network (wired and wireless) maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assisting with EDI setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Assisting with warehouse management and ERP systems.
Working with Vendors to replenish IT supplies.
Willingness to travel between Campbell, NY, and Glenville, NY plants as needed.
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Must be willing to travel between sites as needed
Expert knowledge in troubleshooting and installing hardware
