Seeking a Technicial Operations Specialist for our client – a global health care company dedicated to making a world of difference for women, their families and the communities they care for.

*1 year contract*

Open to remote – candidates must live in a commutable location to Lansdale, PA, and have the ability to be onsite as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Eligibility research and resolution
  • 340 Maintenance and Monitoring as extension with Integrichain
  • Chargeback settlement communications with Customer as extension with Integrichain
  • Pricing verification with 3PL, Wholesalers and Integrichain (to include meeting facilitation, Issue and Change management)
  • Rebate and Admin Fee Payment review and approval
  • Amendment Management and Implementation support

Qualifications:

  • Experience with contract set up and maintenance in a regulated field.
