We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Research Associate to join our clients In Vivo/Toxicology department in San Diego, CA. This is an ideal position for a researcher eager to participate in toxicology research that delivers services to clients in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic research, and medical device industries.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for multiple studies concurrently personally or through the assigned team which includes conducting study related tasks from study setup to end of study activities including but not limited to dosing, data collection and tabulation, necropsy.
Independently implement and execute in-vivo studies.
Perform literature search/model development for upcoming projects.
Coordinate efforts within the team and within projects as necessary.
Develop and apply novel in-vivo techniques; an ‘Expert’ for techniques.
Plan, Coordinate and evaluate the work of the team as a whole and individually.
Assist in establishing and implementing new policies and procedures, and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with animals (in-vivo) in a laboratory setting
