Our client, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical business is seeking a Patient Safety Scientist to join their growing team in Wilmington, DE for a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to get industry’s best training, while working with talented people at a large innovative company. Responsibilities:
Sending the Follow up letters to Health care professionals and consumers either by manual process or via Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Handling of Return to Senders (RTS) received back via a formal defined process below:
1. Adding the RTS file to local database
2. Performing investigation into the cause of RTS and taking appropriate action
3. Performing phone call attempts to retrieve the correct Postal or email address
4. Performing evaluation of the case if it is eligible for a Manual or RPA letter
5. Updating the case in the system and ensuring right letter is generated in the case
6. Documentation of successful or failed follow up attempts in the local database
Qualifications:
Understanding of the range of procedures related to Patient Safety.
Experience in designing and conducting laboratory projects/experiments, developing methods, generating, interpreting and reporting scientific data. Competent in trouble shooting and theory.
