If you are seeking an opportunity to learn about specialty chemicals this is the position for you! Our chemical manufacturer company is seeking a Quality Control Analytical Chemist to join our team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $23-26/hr

Type of Job: Contract to Hire

Daily tasks:
·         Conduct QC testing and analyze of raw materials, in-process materials, or release test samples according to SOP’s
·         Qualitative and quantitative testing, interpreting, and evaluating the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision while documenting and reviewing analytical data and laboratory records.
·         Performing semi-automated reaction chemistry within production process.
·         Communicating with the team and maintaining safety guidelines

Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or related field
·         Previous experience with analytical testing concepts, instrumentation, and equipment procedures
·         Experience in Quality Programing is a great, but not required.
