Our supplement manufacturing client is looking for a Bi-Lingual Buyer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a creative and diverse team!
Pay: $55k-$70k (depending on experience)
Schedule: 1st shift

Buyer Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders, submit Requests for Quotation’s (RFQ) and suggest course of action for procurement of requisitions for materials.
- Confirm day-to-day purchase orders.
- Ensure vendor invoices are documented and processed in a timely manner.
- Resolve order discrepancies and process returns to vendors.
- Communicate with suppliers on product costs and lead times/shipping dates.
- Support Accounting with closing End of Month.
- Act as internal main POC for all open PO status requests for sales, production, R&D and others and required.
- Daily maintenance of SAP and relevant reports (target files) to provide real-time status of Raw and Packaging material delivery dates.
Buyer Requirements:
- Bi-Lingual: Korean/English fluent
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)/ Bachelor degree in Business preferred
- Minimum of two years of purchasing experience in dietary/nutrition.
- Working knowledge of ERP (SAP) system (Preferred).
