The Enterprise PMO Resource Management Lead is driving the implementation of processes and best practices in relation to project and program management staffing and assignment tracking across the AbbVie Business Technology Solutions Organization, with a focus on Enterprise Applications.
This Project Coordinator role will help directly support the EAS PPM team with the following:
Assist with project Clarity updates and resources time tracking (This will require the individual to check status on reviews and to reach out to Delivery team/PMs to see if they provide the information required to move the review forward)
They will engage with team to ensure they are focused on completing these reviews when information is provided
Manage multiple Clarity project field updates Preform Portfolio Data Quality checks
Assist with ensuring the team is meeting the SLAs for responding to new reviews by conducting follows, tracking closure dates, etc.
This will also include capturing feedback from the delivery and project teams
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Must have: 1. 1 to 3 years Project coordination or relevant work experience 2. Proficient with Clarity, MS Office, including O365, Sharepoint, Teams 3. Process oriented and driven 4. Detail oriented 5. Results driven 6. Excellent verbal and written communication 7. Customer Service mindset
Preferred/Nice to have: 1. Clarity experience is preferred 2 Financial acumen 3. IT experience a plus
