Job Description:

This is a laboratory lead role.
The candidate must have the same credentials as a Medical Technologist and will oversee the technical areas (Hematology, Coag, Urinalysis and Chemistry).
They will also supervise a technical staff of 16 on all 3 shifts.
The lead would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Technical side of core laboratory.
They would ensure workflow was optimal and meeting our TAT expectations, ensuring all QC and Maintenance was done according to our policies.
