National Analytical Instrument Manufacturer is seeking a Laboratory Operations Coordinator/Program Coordinator to join their team! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Must be able to sit on-site in Oceanside, CA.

Pay rate range: $40-45/hr
Shift time: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Responsibilities:

Coordination of Service Vendors onsite
Obtaining quotes and issuing POs for service
Building strong relationships with customers onsite
Proactively Scheduling PMS and calibrations
Reactively scheduling Repairs

Requirements:

High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience with calibrations of instrumentation or managing preventative maintenance schedules.
Strong communications skills & ability to collaborate with key stake holders.
Team oriented & have a willingness to learn.
