Looking for a candidate that has excellent customer service skills and at least 2 years of experience in office administration work to assist in daily lab operations duties.
Our Ideal candidate has experience within AR/AP, invoicing, inventory, medical billing, and scheduling. Must have strong skills with organization, customer service, and portrays professionalism in all aspects.
Pay: $20-$24/hr DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Position Overview
Assist office Staff and finance team with administrative duties
Position Responsibilities

  • Daily Lobby Management for Greeting Visitors & Contractors
  • Call out to vendors for quotes
  • Keep Lobby and Kitchen organized
  • Opening blinds in the lobby in the A.M. / Closing them all in the evening before you leave
  • Stock the kitchen with coffee supplies, stir sticks, paper towels, etc.
  • Order office & kitchen supplies
  • Assist with scheduling of facility contractors when needed (plumber, electrician, etc.)
  • Responsible for visitors/contractors sign in upon arrival and receive a ‘Visitors Name Tag’
  • Responsible for managing process for all contractors/vendors “Vendor Form”
  • Daily Lobby Management for Guest Safety Procedures, ensuring hand sanitizer, masks and Kleenex are always available in lobby area
  • Facility Duties – assist with restocking, food setup and cleanup for group functions or events.
  • Special Projects as requested by team members
  • Office Support to All Team Members and Coworkers
  • Scan Documents to Finance Team Members
  • Scan Invoices and supporting documents
  • Responsible for filing of invoices and statements
  • Coordinate blood draws for lab with phlebotomist
  • Responsible for organizing other maintaining office files as instructed
  • Responsible for assisting with mail daily

Skills, Education And Experience Required

  • High School Diploma Required. Bachelors Preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Office Administrator or Office Manager within a Clinical Setting
  • Accounts payable/Accounts receivable experience preferred
  • Professionalism and Customer Service Skills Required.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
