The Help Desk Technician I will have the primary responsibility of providing direct support to users across the organization and maintaining the company's computer systems and associated devices
• Manage help desk requests via a work order queue
• Setup hardware and software for end users
• Ability to support employees remotely via email, chat, and phone; and the possibility of in-person support of office staff at some point
