Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator

Seeking an Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator for our client – a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.
*6-9 month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion.
Duties:
- Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP
- Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP
- Manage safety stock in SAP locations
- Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution
- Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner
- Work with customer service on potential back order inventory and resolve,
- Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute,
- Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers
- Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reports
- Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities
Qualifications:
- BS Degree – General Business or related with 5-7 years’ experience OR 15 years professional experience
- Accounting or finance background preferred
- Inventory warehouse experience required (familiar with inventory finance preferred)
- MS Office (ppt, excel, outlook) basic experience.
