Seeking an Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator for our client – a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.

*6-9 month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion.


  • Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP
  • Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP
  • Manage safety stock in SAP locations
  • Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution
  • Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner
  • Work with customer service on potential back order inventory and resolve,
  • Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute,
  • Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers
  • Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reports
  • Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities


  • BS Degree – General Business or related with 5-7 years’ experience OR 15 years professional experience
  • Accounting or finance background preferred
  • Inventory warehouse experience required (familiar with inventory finance preferred)
  • MS Office (ppt, excel, outlook) basic experience.
  • ERP system knowledge
