Seeking an Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator for our client – a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.

*6-9 month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion.

Duties:

Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP
Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP
Manage safety stock in SAP locations
Work with supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution
Work with warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner
Work with customer service on potential back order inventory and resolve,
Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute,
Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s) and rework as it pertains to distribution centers
Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping and invoice reports
Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities

Qualifications:

BS Degree – General Business or related with 5-7 years’ experience OR 15 years professional experience
Accounting or finance background preferred
Inventory warehouse experience required (familiar with inventory finance preferred)
MS Office (ppt, excel, outlook) basic experience.
