CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE! PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD!

PAY: $23/HR

SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8A-5P OR 9A-6P

  • THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
  • MUST HAVE A BS/BA DEGREE AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A PHARMA LAB/KNOWLEDGE OF PHYSCIAL AND CHEMICAL TESTING INSTRUMENTS
  • Schedule on-site repair for contract, warranty, and trade requests
  • Maintain and use proper coding standards
  • Communicates with the customer to clearly identify and set expectations
  • Manages customer feedback
  • Communicates with and manages schedules
  • Development of customer relationships
  • Solves a broad range of problems
  • Handle end to end service management
  • Understand service management asset delivery needs
