CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE! PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD!
PAY: $23/HR
SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8A-5P OR 9A-6P
- THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
- MUST HAVE A BS/BA DEGREE AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A PHARMA LAB/KNOWLEDGE OF PHYSCIAL AND CHEMICAL TESTING INSTRUMENTS
- Schedule on-site repair for contract, warranty, and trade requests
- Maintain and use proper coding standards
- Communicates with the customer to clearly identify and set expectations
- Manages customer feedback
- Communicates with and manages schedules
- Development of customer relationships
- Solves a broad range of problems
- Handle end to end service management
- Understand service management asset delivery needs
