Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to our customers by providing product information, answering questions, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
This is a GET TO WORK opportunity and will have a fast-paced interview process. Candidates must be available to work ASAP!
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Pay: $23-25 an hour based on experience
Job Duties:
- Interacts with customers to investigate/resolve complaints, troubleshoot and provide information regarding products and services as necessary.
- Maintains relationships with internal and external customers.
- Monitors and reviews inventory items that require entry into database and assist in the coordination and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
- Works directly with the Customer Service Lead to determine order quantities, enter data/orders into ERP system.
- Monitors and responds to daily letters, faxes, and e-mails from customers and refers and escalates sensitive problems to the appropriate individuals.
- Adjusts billing errors as needed and performs other customer service functions as necessary.
- Supports the sales department.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.
Base Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Equivalent
- 2-3 years of data entry and customer service experience
- Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
- Ability to multitask.
