CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Passing initial sensory screening/qualification test
Participate in local training sessions
Learning and Performing Sample Preparation and Participation on all types of sensory session/panel
Ability to evaluate raw materials, finished goods, and intermediates while providing basic descriptors
Participate on the global round robin test
Documents and communicates non-conformances to higher level Quality personnel
Working towards being a junior taster
Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, Food Safety, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA and internal safety guidelines
Responsible for Food Safety compliance
Attends site training sessions, including, but not limited to hazardous waste training
Excellent attendance, flexibility, enthusiasm and a positive approach to work peformance
Other tasks as assigned
