Application Support Specialist
Onsite: Green Bay, WI
Hours: Monday- Friday/ 1st shift
Pay: 60K- 80K DOE
Our client is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, professional self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well across several departments. This role will also necessitate a high level of discretion in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support functions for various business applications and data requests.
- Providing support, installation, integration, and testing on business applications.
- EDI integration and document mapping.
- Working and coordinating with cross-functional teams while answering their queries.
- Writing reports and data analysis.
- Providing other desktop and technical support for office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, phones, etc.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in Information Technology.
- Proven experience with Dynamics NAV, Aptean, or any other ERP, WMS, CRM, and accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of Databases, such as SQL Server, SQL scripting, and SQL Management Studio.
- Ability to independently diagnose and solve application issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Knowledge of standard IT hardware and equipment.
- Candidates with knowledge of .NET programming language will be given special consideration.
