Seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our client – a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company.
In this role, you will provide support to the Early Oncology Tumor Targeted Delivery Leadership Team and their senior staff as well as coordinate projects.

DUTIES:
- Lead sophisticated calendars for our US Oncology Care & Innovation Leadership team (including Head, Sr Directors, and Directors)
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, as well as live and virtual meetings/conferences
- File expense reports and supply orders with accuracy and efficiency, and follow-through to ensure that appropriate actions are taken
- Manage onboarding for new employees. Coordinate with HR across hubs for consistency and ways of improving processes.
- Produce accurate and properly formatted documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Provide project support and administration to cross-functional teams
- Project team meeting logistics (e.g. project team calendar, scheduling, room bookings, logistics, slide sharing etc.)
- Lead and coordinate logistics relating to face-to-face/virtual meetings
- Information management (e.g. SharePoint management, storing of minutes, presentations etc.) according to best practices for project teams
- Communications coordination (e.g. team communication, milestone successes etc.)
- Create and maintain Oncology Care & Innovation team distribution lists
- Create and maintain team mailbox/calendar
- Create and maintain team newsletter
- Support and contribute to creating a high performing team, facilitating good cross-team collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role or equivalent required.
