Manufacturing Associate – Medical Device
Role Overview: Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate focused on medical device production. This role involves crafting high-quality medical devices within a specialized manufacturing cell. You'll contribute to assembly, repair, and testing tasks for devices such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices according to procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for cell operations.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
- Prioritize safety and follow guidelines during operations.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Contribute to individual and cell performance goals.
- Support Divisional and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in reading and following procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic data collection and software.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous medical device manufacturing experience.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping.
