Manufacturing Associate – Medical Device

Role Overview: Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate focused on medical device production. This role involves crafting high-quality medical devices within a specialized manufacturing cell. You'll contribute to assembly, repair, and testing tasks for devices such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices according to procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for cell operations.
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize safety and follow guidelines during operations.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance production processes.
  • Contribute to individual and cell performance goals.
  • Support Divisional and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in reading and following procedures.
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection and software.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping.
