Staffing Company seeking Full Time Administrative Support for Accounts Receivable/Payroll

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounts Receivables activities
  • Applying customer receipts to open accounts receivable invoices
  • Accounts Receivable collections
  • Performing Account reconciliations
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
  • Researching and resolving items in Vendor Management systems
  • Reviewing New Hire onboarding packages and following up on open items
  • Creating excel file with data fields summarizing New Hire information
  • Entering New Hire employee elections for benefits, taxes and banking in ADP
  • Onboarding and separation from employment administrative tasks
  • Employment Verifications
  • Implement quality control processes to check work
  • Coordination and collaboration with payroll team
  • Communication and follow up with customers and team members
  • Provide support to Staffing Regions
  • Being extremely responsive to emails; research and follow up on all issues

KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:

  • Demonstrates strong MS Office Excel and Word capabilities.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred; business, accounting or finance degree strongly preferred
  • Position requires working business hours for eastern time zone
  • Extremely detailed oriented is of high importance
  • Experience working for a Staffing company a plus
  • Experience using Vendor Management Systems a plus
  • Experience using QuickBooks a plus
  • Experience using ADP a plus
  • Previous experience in accounting, employee onboarding and payroll positions a plus
  • Strong computational, analytical and problem-solving skills
